Codes To Link MTN, GLO, Airtel and 9mobile SIM Card To Your NIN


It is no longer news that the NCC has given a two weeks ultimatum for all SIM cards to be linked to their National Identification Numbers (NIN), and failure to do so would result to SIM disconnection by the telecommunications companies. Though the National Assembly has passed a 10 weeks extension of the registration. 

The news generated a lot of controversies amongst Nigerians as the majority of Nigerians are yet to register to get their NIN, and those that have registered are thrifty of the stress that would be involved in going to different network centres to have their SIM card linked to their NIN. 

Now to the main point, MTN, GLO, Airtel, and 9mobile has made it easy for customers to link their SIM card to their NIN without much stress. You don't have to go to any network centers, with your phone, you can get it done in less than 2 minutes or so. 

If you can't remember your NIN, don't you fret, Just dial *346# from your phone to check your NIN. It is free and doesn't attract any service charge.  But some are being charged for it.
